4Ward Web Design, LLC — Website Service Agreement

Effective version: service-agreement-v1 · Carlsbad, New Mexico

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between 4Ward Web Design, LLC (“Provider”) and the client identified during onboarding (“Client”).

1. Services

Provider will design, develop, host, and maintain a website according to the Client’s selected tier. Every paid monthly tier is a full online overhaul: professional website, Google Business Profile setup, and a local SEO (Search Engine Optimization) foundation, plus hosting, development/creation, and ongoing maintenance within the included monthly update allowance.

2. Fees & billing

A one-time $200 Launch Fee applies to all tiers and covers initial consultation, custom design/setup, domain/DNS if needed, basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics, contact forms, mobile optimization, testing, and onboarding. Client also authorizes recurring monthly charges for the selected subscription tier, or a one-time buy-out payment when Tier 4 is selected. Fees are billed through Stripe. Optional recurring website add-ons selected during onboarding (Monthly Performance Reports and/or Private Admin Dashboard) are added to the monthly subscription shown before payment. The Private Admin Dashboard is a private back-office feature — not customer-facing — and requires additional setup and ongoing maintenance. One-time or custom services (logo, print, chatbot, extra pages, extra updates) are quoted separately and billed with a Stripe payment link. Extra updates beyond the included monthly allowance that are not purchased as a quote are billed separately at the rates listed for that tier.

3. Client responsibilities

Client will provide accurate business information, logos, photos, copy, and timely feedback. Delays in Client materials may extend delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Until all amounts due are paid, Provider retains rights in unfinished work product. After payment of amounts due under a buy-out, ownership of the delivered website design/content created specifically for Client transfers as described for that package. Subscription clients receive a license to use the live site while their account remains in good standing.

5. Term & cancellation

Monthly subscriptions continue until canceled. Client may cancel future billing through Provider with notice before the next renewal. Fees already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability under this Agreement is limited to fees paid by Client to Provider in the three (3) months preceding a claim.

7. Acceptance

By typing their name below and checking the acceptance box, Client agrees to these terms electronically with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
